On the evening of Thursday 30th June, we had our Summer Concert, the first step of saying goodbye to our Upper Sixth Formers, who played for the last time in the Cathedral. What superstars we have in the making!
The concert started with powerful solos from our leavers, followed by items from the Wind and Jazz bands, our Choir and Orchestra.
During the Choir's last piece, Mr Charles decided to join in with the 'choralography' dance moves in Chilcott's 'Ev'ry Time I Feel the Spirit' – let’s just say he tried his best
It was also lovely to welcome back Damian, an Old Roffensian, who took time out of his busy schedule to come and support us in the Orchestra – such a treat!
The whole evening was breath-taking, thanks to all those that contributed, and we thank everybody for their hard work and dedication in making it such a showstopper!
